I paid $220 to have a 19'' x 24'' print of this Herb Ritts photograph framed
And now I can't decide where to hang the damn picture. The bedroom and the living room are not options.
It could go into the so called media room, but no one is ever in that room. Whatever you think about the subject, this is a beautiful photograph. I want it to be seen. Just not in my bedroom or living room.
I am honestly considering hanging it in one of the bathrooms.

No R3, OP is 44 years old and lives 1600 square foot two bedroom condo. 9th floor, thank you very much.
I probably shouldn't call it a media room though. It's more like a den. :-)

I like it OP and think it would look good in any room.

I think thar picture is too subtle, you clearly want all of your house guess to know you’re a mincing queen.
Get this as a companion piece.

It belongs in the den. Or by the bar. Or in the pantry. You go into your pantry every day, right?

Remind me, OP, what part of your post was supposed to impress us?
$220 spent in a frame?
Herb Ritts?
Madonna?
The floor plan of your condo?
Your need to impress people who can be impressed by that sort of thing?
The broader subject of the decline in art education and art literacy?

A laundry room would be good for this.

When he picked up his print, he also bought a 3 lb tub of buttercream frosting with a 30% off coupon.

I have all my artwork framed here. Very helpful with insightful suggestions, and they feature prints and original works by local artists.

I paid 400+ dollars to frame an upscale paint-by-number of roses I found at a thrift store. It looks fabulous.

At this point I’m happy for anyone who hangs art on their walls. Spying on how other people furnish their homes was a key draw for my real estate porn addiction. Now, it’s gray or beige with perhaps a mass of sticks hanging from the ceiling.
