How much do you weigh in 2025
by Anonymous | reply 47 | October 12, 2025 5:56 PM |
I’m 5’7 and about 150-155. I haven’t been on the scale in a while.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | May 26, 2025 4:28 AM |
I'm 6'2 - I hit 248 during COVID, I'm now 203.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | May 26, 2025 4:30 AM |
I fluctuate between a size 6 and a size 8!
by Anonymous | reply 3 | May 26, 2025 4:30 AM |
No words....
by Anonymous | reply 4 | May 26, 2025 4:32 AM |
Kg or lb OP?
by Anonymous | reply 5 | May 26, 2025 5:48 AM |
I'm 6'1 1/2 (used to be 6'2") and weighed 187 lbs when I weighed myself about a month ago. I am technically in the normal range, but I'm actually a bit chubby. I don't exercise and have too much fat/not enough muscle. My "normal" weight was always about 177, but I'm 64 years old and things have changed and not for the better.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | May 26, 2025 6:08 AM |
I'm also 6'1" and 187 as of this morning. (I'm 56)
I want to get down to around 175 while holding onto all the muscle I've managed to build up over the past few years at the gym
by Anonymous | reply 7 | May 26, 2025 6:26 AM |
5’8” and low 160s at 36. Love salty food and alcohol but run quite a bit.

R9 is a fat drunk who runs to the bathroom continuously.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | May 26, 2025 6:54 AM |
Given the demographic here, not surprising most are tubs,
by Anonymous | reply 11 | May 26, 2025 6:56 AM |
Again 6'1" and mid 180s. 66 years old.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | May 26, 2025 8:56 AM |
All of the above.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | May 26, 2025 10:36 AM |
258, but on 7/1/2024 I was 356. No medication or surgery. Trying to get to 180 (I'm 72 and 5'9"). A1C dropped from 7.3 to 5.2. No longer on two blood pressure medications.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | May 26, 2025 3:17 PM |
what weighing scale do you guys use? anyone use those pods that measures your body fat, muscle etc? is it accurate?
by Anonymous | reply 15 | October 11, 2025 10:09 PM |
200-250 is a massive spread. It's basically average build to obese.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | October 11, 2025 10:23 PM |
If I was fashionably slim I wouldn't be on DL, I'd be too busy being LOVED.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | October 11, 2025 10:23 PM |
5'8" and 142 lbs. I'm a tennis queen. If I didn't have that I'd weigh 200 lbs.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | October 11, 2025 10:24 PM |
I'm a almost 72 year old female who weighs about 115 and is 5'4". I actually lost some weight this year which bothered me as I wasn't trying. My weight seems to have stabilized. If I was a young person I would be thrilled to lose weight, but not at my age now.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | October 11, 2025 10:30 PM |
A badly formatted poll considering this site is populated by mostly adult men of a certain age.
Why the fuck have so many low ranges and then a "200 to 249" spread? WAAAAAY more adult men would be in a "200 to 219" spread than "100 to 119".
by Anonymous | reply 20 | October 11, 2025 10:38 PM |
I am 165 pounds. I lost 55 pounds over the course of about 18 months, and have kept it off about 4 years now. At age 65 I am able to do so many things so much easier that I struggled with 10 years ago.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | October 11, 2025 10:39 PM |
I am 252 but look 188
by Anonymous | reply 22 | October 11, 2025 10:40 PM |
I reached 300 lbs. once. Now I am 176 lbs. I’m 5’11”. It took me several years to drop that weight. I am still losing some gradually.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | October 11, 2025 10:45 PM |
82kg 180cm
by Anonymous | reply 24 | October 11, 2025 10:48 PM |
bitch, I am fat enough that numbers don't really matter anymore. I can lose. 40 pounds and no one will be able to tell. or gain!
by Anonymous | reply 25 | October 11, 2025 10:52 PM |
Who indicated they are 100 lbs. or under? Are young kids on DL?
by Anonymous | reply 26 | October 11, 2025 10:53 PM |
manorexics
by Anonymous | reply 27 | October 11, 2025 10:53 PM |
I'm below 600 lbs now, OP.

I stay petite because so many gentleman callers partake of my poosie. That expends a lot of energy and I see it as vigorous exercise. My gentleman callers never leave unfulfilled.

Probably short skinny men
by Anonymous | reply 30 | October 11, 2025 11:00 PM |
Do you want my weight with or without the muumuu?
by Anonymous | reply 31 | October 11, 2025 11:09 PM |
I don't go buy weight anymore - I measure my body fat, which is a little over 15%. That's all I need to know in terms of how fit I am. I workout quite a bit with weights and muscle weighs more than fat. So I'm fine. But my BMI says I'm overweight - which isn't true.
Meanwhile, my ex was 6 ft and 159 - but with the muscle tone of a plucked chicken.
So weight isn't everything.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | October 11, 2025 11:21 PM |
R32, what do you use to measure?
by Anonymous | reply 33 | October 11, 2025 11:35 PM |
I’m hanging my head in shame.

5’11 and got down to 145 Ibs and a 29 inch waist this year. Actually the leanest I’ve been in my life. A Dexascan said I was at 17% body fat- which considering I’m middle aged now is pretty good - I suppose but - I really wanted to get down to 12-ish% body fat.
Sorry if this comes off as boasting or pretentious. However I’ve learned how to be very calculated and planned out regarding nutrition and training. I plan to continue getting Dexascans every once in a while to monitor my body composition trends. I hope to optimize lean muscle mass to fat ratios as much as I can as I continually get older.

It was recently pointed out that among Mexicans “torta” is a slang term for fat Mexican woman.
I’m actually 100% blue-eyed anglo and one of the skinniest Dataloungers. 6 ft 3 and 165 lbs.

Update: Down to 232. My steady weight loss was temporarily derailed by a six-day cruise. But I'm back on track.

70 kg which I think is around 155 lbs at 172 cm which is around 5'8 in American. Also 29 in waist. Cycling and swimming every day I can plus hiking when the opportunity arises helps, as does being mostly vegetarian

Eldergays, at what age did your appetite starting decreasing and you started sharing the Denny's special?

I'm 700 pounds but my friends all tell me I could pass for a very svelte 165.

5’7” and 165-170. Could be less, but almost 20 years ago I was 100 pounds more, so I’ve won enough battles.
