This is the way to take down a MAGA disciple. Murphy came prepared. He knew what Noem was going to say before she said it and came with receipts to preemptively flush all her talking points down the toilet. He was measured. He was detailed. He had a list of things she had done correctly and illegally, then cited specific examples. He left her with no way to defend herself.

A lot of Congress members could learn a thing or two from this guy.

Regarding the blinking, it looks like she's trying to control it. Blinking frequently indicates a lack of confidence, hesitation, etc.
