Bone spurs

Have any of you had bone spurs? From what I have read, Dump's was supposedly on his heal, but mine is on the top of my left foot, just below the big toe. Did you have surgery to correct it? I wear support insoles that help quite a bit, but I can see that I will likely need surgery down the road. Not sure if it would be inpatient or outpatient. Also, if I prolong getting surgery, could that make it worse to the point where surgery wouldn't help?

Oh look. Another Trump thread.

Try hammer therapy, preferably the sledge type.

“You know what they did to the workers at the Kimberley Diamond mines?” 🔨

Supposedly, applying castor oil dissolves them.

OP - you do know that Trump lied, right?

r7 doesn't know what "supposedly" means.

Trump never had them. It was made up to keep him out of the draft.

I had them on my knee. I only know this because I had a torn meniscus and they "cleaned them up" when they had me on the surgery table.

OP, why not ask your doctor these things instead of a load of bitchy strangers on the internet?

I have quite a few along the entire length of my spine. The worst ones impinged on the spinal cord; several of those compressed my spine and caused pretty major damage which was not eradicated completely even after the ACDF surgery I had fourteen years ago.

R2 is Annie Wilkes.

I too have them on the top of my foot - which I was told was rare. No problems with them though, so I’m just leaving them alone.
