I know we here at the He-Man Woman Hater’s Club hate to talk about GIRLS — and even the sight of them is icky! So I have a picture to add but I’ll put it in the first reply so it does not befoul the beauty of our beloved feed.
But what is this line? Saw it and was so curious. She’s never had surgery, and has never been pregnant. I googled out of curiosity and it’s all pregnancy-related. She’s not.
Any medical explanation for that line?

It’s called linea nigra, and it’s the result of changes in melanin production. Generally, it has to do with hormonal changes in pregnancy, but can also happen with other hormonal issues.

Thanks VOTN — I saw that when I was googling. I don’t think that’s it, though. A linea negra is a coloration of the skin. That strange crease isn’t a colored line — it’s a crease, a fold.
