This should have been resolved six months ago. Ridiculous.

That Griffin asshole should be forced to pay ALL COURT COSTS then be sued by the state for acting like a spoilt cunt and never be permitted to run for any office again.

What a petulant idiot.

What welcome news. I thought the Republicans were going to steal this race.

Might our celebration be premature? This was only a federal district court decision, one likely to be appealed to the circuit court & even the Supreme Court.

The general feeling is that both the 4th circuit and the Supreme Court are likely to let this ruling stand.

SCROTUS typically won’t take these sorts of cases since it’s a STATE matter. Meaning it’s within the state and between two states.

But that’s an older, more strict view of cases they should take.

It's already a federal case. It was a federal district court that ordered the certification. I agree with you though that the federal court shouldn't have taken the case.

Thanks to Trump, many Republicans today take the never surrender and never accept defeat stance. That is not how Democracy works.
