Royal Drama: Prince Louis mocks Prince George

Louis mocks George for flicking his hair and George gives Louis a death stare.

by Anonymousreply 159May 10, 2025 1:25 PM

I ❤️Louis!

Can we trade him for the Musk booger-eater?!

by Anonymousreply 1May 5, 2025 7:17 PM

Oh Lord, the inter-generational Royal Psychodrama rolls on... and on.

by Anonymousreply 2May 5, 2025 7:18 PM

Louis has so much attitude lol

by Anonymousreply 3May 5, 2025 7:19 PM

It didn't see mockery, I saw a younger brother emulating an older brother. Though Prince Louis is probably angry that he only gets on sausage at breakfast while Prince George gets two. It is a royal tradition according to the failed Prince Harry.

by Anonymousreply 4May 5, 2025 7:20 PM

Tres Adorbs!

by Anonymousreply 5May 5, 2025 7:21 PM

So does George! That death stare went on a little too long.

Team Louis. All the way.

by Anonymousreply 6May 5, 2025 7:22 PM

[quote] So does George! That death stare went on a little too long.

Gayling stare.

by Anonymousreply 9May 5, 2025 7:23 PM

Slap him, George! Slap him VICIOUSLY!

by Anonymousreply 10May 5, 2025 7:24 PM

People criticized the HBO animated series "The Prince" for portraying George as a catty queen, but they never talk about how Louis was portrayed as a boorish hooligan.

by Anonymousreply 11May 5, 2025 7:24 PM

They should have put Charlotte next to Louis, she'd keep his ass in line.

by Anonymousreply 12May 5, 2025 7:34 PM

Teen/young adult cousins Archie and Louis will be quite the royal rascals. I can't wait to read of Louchie's antics.

by Anonymousreply 13May 5, 2025 7:36 PM

Louis is the next Prince Andrew.

by Anonymousreply 14May 5, 2025 7:37 PM

Mocking a King is treason! Louis will a nice, private room...in the Tower!

by Anonymousreply 15May 5, 2025 7:40 PM

With a barrel of wine nearby, R15.

by Anonymousreply 16May 5, 2025 7:45 PM

Hopefully George will be allowed to marry a man and have surrogate children.

by Anonymousreply 17May 5, 2025 7:45 PM

King Joffrey II (f/k/a djt) will have long annexed England by then, R15.

by Anonymousreply 18May 5, 2025 7:45 PM

Now's THAT'S the junior royal cunt George we've been missing! I have no doubt Louis will pay and pay mightily for that affront!

by Anonymousreply 19May 5, 2025 7:56 PM

Two sausages at once George? Does Mummy know?

by Anonymousreply 20May 5, 2025 7:59 PM

WHET the poster who used to post as George?

by Anonymousreply 21May 5, 2025 8:00 PM

The death glare...one of us, one of us, one of us.

by Anonymousreply 22May 5, 2025 8:12 PM

LOL, the little imp.

by Anonymousreply 23May 5, 2025 8:18 PM

That video is priceless. We'll be psychoanalyzing the ramifications of it for decades.

by Anonymousreply 24May 5, 2025 8:18 PM

Slow newsday

by Anonymousreply 25May 5, 2025 8:21 PM

R24 = Prince Harry still pissed about his sausage shortage.

by Anonymousreply 26May 5, 2025 8:25 PM

What's up with Louis' facial expressions?

I genuinely think he's mildly retarded.

by Anonymousreply 27May 5, 2025 8:26 PM

Lol, I think you may be right R27.

by Anonymousreply 28May 5, 2025 8:39 PM

Have you taken a good look at my wonky eyed son?

by Anonymousreply 29May 5, 2025 8:40 PM

They used to hide the defective ones.

by Anonymousreply 30May 5, 2025 8:50 PM

I think he's got that kind of class clown type of ADHD where they overact and emote for crowds. Which is unfortunate for William and Kate until he gets to the age where they can legally dose him up for these things.

by Anonymousreply 31May 5, 2025 8:53 PM

I like the old coot sitting behind who is well aware of what is going on.

by Anonymousreply 32May 5, 2025 8:56 PM

It begins here.

Soon George will be seeking vengeance by breaking his necklace, smashing him against dog bowls, and demanding more sausages at breakfast. Just you watch.

by Anonymousreply 33May 5, 2025 9:24 PM

It seemed like George was looking past Louis to something going on down the line. He wasn’t giving him a death glare.

by Anonymousreply 34May 5, 2025 9:32 PM

Willy’s got the beard back. Looks good. Such a shame he couldn’t hang on to his hair.

by Anonymousreply 35May 5, 2025 9:34 PM

Louis so clearly has some kind of learning disability. Probably autism.

by Anonymousreply 36May 5, 2025 9:36 PM

Louis, we reserve that type of mockery for Aunt Sussex.

by Anonymousreply 37May 5, 2025 9:37 PM

Louis did not mock George. He was emulating him.

by Anonymousreply 38May 5, 2025 9:41 PM

I ❤️Louis

by Anonymousreply 39May 5, 2025 10:36 PM

It’s official: Louis is the fucking best of the whole lot.

by Anonymousreply 40May 5, 2025 10:36 PM

Louis looked at his big brother and obviously wants to be like him. He’s adorable, and all 3 of the kids seem lively and as normal as anyone could be in such a life, with impeccable manners.

by Anonymousreply 41May 5, 2025 10:43 PM

Louis would make a quick mockery of the phoney as hell Duchess Meghan

by Anonymousreply 42May 5, 2025 10:52 PM

Charlotte is the natural monarch out if those three. She was beautifully behaved at age seven, unlike moronic Louis.

by Anonymousreply 43May 5, 2025 10:53 PM

[quote]Soon George will be seeking vengeance by breaking his necklace, smashing him against dog bowls, and demanding more sausages at breakfast. Just you watch.

Not on my watch.

Thank you, R43. One does one's best.

by Anonymousreply 44May 5, 2025 11:06 PM

Agreed, R34. I think George was staring at the animated person seated behind Wills.

by Anonymousreply 45May 5, 2025 11:16 PM

Too bad George got the Louis Anderson eyes. Kind of buggy with bags under them. Hopefully he’ll outgrow the bags.

Louis is my fav of the three. Seems like a handful. But fun.

by Anonymousreply 46May 5, 2025 11:24 PM

[QUOTE] Too bad George got the Louis Anderson eyes. Kind of buggy with bags under them. Hopefully he’ll outgrow the bags.

Eyebags get worse with age. Look at Kate.

by Anonymousreply 47May 6, 2025 12:00 AM

Y'all are nuts. The little kid saw his brother flip his hair and he emulated. Everyone does this. Like when someone gets someone else yawning. The kid see wasn't even paying attention to George.

by Anonymousreply 48May 6, 2025 12:14 AM

"I genuinely think he's mildly retarded"

Mummy drank.

by Anonymousreply 49May 6, 2025 12:37 AM

Wouldn’t it be just tragic if those two wind up killing each other?

Perish the thought.

by Anonymousreply 50May 6, 2025 12:47 AM

If William were to die during his kinghood, who would become the new king?

by Anonymousreply 51May 6, 2025 2:09 AM

George.

by Anonymousreply 52May 6, 2025 2:10 AM

Why do I pay for a membership here?

by Anonymousreply 53May 6, 2025 2:15 AM

Louis "emulated" George's hair-preening with the faintest whisper of parodistic exaggeration, so that George couldn't tell whether it was a queer-taunting gesture or an innocent imitation. And it's still killing him.

by Anonymousreply 54May 6, 2025 2:37 AM

George is starting to look somewhat like DL fave PeachyBoy.

This is what happens when one sibling is typically neuro-divergent and the other is divergently neuro-typical.

by Anonymousreply 56May 6, 2025 2:47 AM

Weird how this happens in every generation of the RF.

by Anonymousreply 57May 6, 2025 2:49 AM

Are you the only child of only children on both sides, R57? These sibling/cousin rivalries are second nature among all families.

by Anonymousreply 58May 6, 2025 3:24 AM

I'm referring to the fact that there is always a straight laced, responsible sibling and the other is fuck up.

by Anonymousreply 59May 6, 2025 3:27 AM

A fuck up? Louis seems completely normal for a little boy his age. DL should meet my nephews.

Younger siblings LOVE teasing their older siblings. Louis was hilarious.

by Anonymousreply 60May 6, 2025 3:33 AM

Let's start calling them Christopher and John

by Anonymousreply 61May 6, 2025 3:33 AM

by Anonymousreply 62May 6, 2025 3:38 AM

R35 it’s a lame copycat of Haakon. Fail.

by Anonymousreply 63May 6, 2025 3:53 AM

Fags.

by Anonymousreply 64May 6, 2025 3:59 AM

Louis gets the exaggerated flounce just right, and it gets to George. Louis' pout thereafter shows his continuing annoyance at his brother. It wasn't the first time he'd done something like this.

by Anonymousreply 65May 6, 2025 4:01 AM

It's only fun until George pushes you to the floor causing you to fall upon and crack a precious dog bowl.

by Anonymousreply 66May 6, 2025 4:09 AM

Love how Louis ignores George's searing gaze and nonchalantly pats his hair.

by Anonymousreply 67May 6, 2025 4:14 AM

Heir and a spare. Again.

by Anonymousreply 68May 6, 2025 4:24 AM

I hope Louis likes the tower.

by Anonymousreply 69May 6, 2025 4:49 AM

Tonight George is lighting Nana's ciggy, and they're plotting to take revenge on Louis.

by Anonymousreply 70May 6, 2025 4:59 AM

I don't see any mocking or death stares, but from all the other pics from the day, Louis does seem ... special. Maybe it's just because he's big for his age and dressed up old, so the childish antics are jarring.

by Anonymousreply 71May 6, 2025 5:12 AM

[QUOTE] A fuck up? Louis seems completely normal for a little boy his age.

Every time we see Louis it's at a formal event, and yet he displays no sense of occasion whatsoever, unlike his siblings and father at the same age. He pulls faces, hits Kate, spazzes out. He's seven years old now and still behaving like a three year old. This will progress and by the time he's 18 he'll make Harry and Andrew seem like well behaved citizens. He'll probably be papped blind drunk every weekend, hanging out with Love Islanders in the Balearics and telling the press he hates his family.

by Anonymousreply 72May 6, 2025 5:34 AM

Louis looks truly gormless with his mouth hanging open the entire time.

by Anonymousreply 75May 6, 2025 6:12 AM

Louis is perfectly well behaved at these events, r72. These moments where he's being what most adults find adorable are literally just a few seconds.

by Anonymousreply 76May 6, 2025 1:42 PM

R51 Charlotte is next in line after George now.

by Anonymousreply 84May 6, 2025 8:19 PM

COMPLETE misread by people desperate for something, anything entertaining and gossipy on social media. Louis was imitating his big brother. George's so called "death stare" is George looking somewhere behind and over the shoulder of Louis.

by Anonymousreply 85May 6, 2025 9:01 PM

R85 You're in denial.

Louis was being a bit naughty boots.

George wasn't pleased.

R99 = Harry, taking a break from whining and smoking pot

by Anonymousreply 100May 7, 2025 1:42 PM

Hmm Louis was clearly doing a drama-filled rendition of Georgie’s budding vanity, but it looked to me George didn’t even notice and was looking behind L at something else.

by Anonymousreply 101May 7, 2025 3:07 PM

Louis might be picking up on his parents' millennial brand of cynicism more than his older siblings, because they let their guard down the most with him.

by Anonymousreply 102May 7, 2025 3:14 PM

I hope they’re not letting that Kent Witch babysit Louis

by Anonymousreply 103May 7, 2025 3:31 PM

He would come back all sorts of fucked up

by Anonymousreply 104May 7, 2025 3:51 PM

He already looks like a little fire 🔥 starter

by Anonymousreply 105May 7, 2025 3:54 PM

Some of you have vivid imaginations or strong projections. I didn't read much of anything into that at all. George pushes back his hair and Louis reflexively does too. Like yawning. They barely looed at each other and neither seemed very pleased to be there.

by Anonymousreply 106May 7, 2025 4:03 PM

I saw a video shot from a different angle. It looked like Louis was simply emulating George.

by Anonymousreply 107May 7, 2025 4:04 PM

They needed to go to the loo. They looed at each other in acknowledgment.

by Anonymousreply 108May 7, 2025 4:41 PM

a royal spanking is in order

by Anonymousreply 109May 7, 2025 6:18 PM

Kate is probably more lenient with him than the other two. Because he’s her baby and he’ll never have a big role in the Royal family.

by Anonymousreply 110May 7, 2025 7:18 PM

Louis will definitely have a role in the Royal Family if he wants it because there's almost nobody left!

by Anonymousreply 111May 7, 2025 7:42 PM

R111 = Princess Anne

by Anonymousreply 112May 7, 2025 7:59 PM

George is going to be another reluctant monarch, like his father. Let's hope he stays friendly with Charlotte so that he can hand off a lot of duties to her like Charles does with Anne. Louis isn't going to be reliable. Another Harry - probably worse as Kate will spoil him and send him to a day school.

by Anonymousreply 113May 8, 2025 7:36 AM

Louis is definitely trouble. There’s no doubt he’s aping his brother in this clip, and there’s no doubt he’s getting a death stare from George. If you look carefully, it’s clear he’s pretending he didn’t do anything, and then pats his own hair to pretend he was doing just that before. He’s going to be more of a handful than Andrew.

by Anonymousreply 114May 8, 2025 10:33 AM

Louis is a wonderful scamp.

by Anonymousreply 115May 8, 2025 10:45 AM

[quote]George is going to be another reluctant monarch, like his father.

He should just step aside.

by Anonymousreply 116May 8, 2025 11:53 AM

George should be more concerned that in 25 years he won’t have any hair to flick.

by Anonymousreply 117May 8, 2025 12:04 PM

How reluctant is William? He might have been when much younger, but I get the impression our Char is the only person keener than him to get their hands on the reins and start pulling everyone into line at this point.

by Anonymousreply 118May 8, 2025 1:14 PM

I don't think William is reluctant at all to become king when the time comes, but now is not the right time. First of all, I think he wants his father to live longer simply because he's his father and we all want our parents to be around longer. I think also he'd prefer his children to be a lot older and not still at this young age, especially George.

I actually think William is quite happy in his current role and enjoys what he does, and that he's also developed in his mind a vision of the kind of king he wants to be.

by Anonymousreply 119May 8, 2025 1:22 PM

Does DL believe George is gay?

by Anonymousreply 120May 9, 2025 12:52 AM

George has always been Datalounge gay.

by Anonymousreply 121May 9, 2025 12:54 AM

R120 I don't know, but honestly it wouldn't surprise me if he turned out to be so inclined. It would have no affect on his ability to become king. The potential problem would be the line of succession after him. It is stipulated that for his own child to inherit the throne, he or she would have to be a "legitimate heir of the body". Charlotte or her children could succeed him. They could also change the rules allowing a donor egg/surrogate. He could also do as some of his gay ancestors did and marry a woman to produce heirs and take male lovers.

by Anonymousreply 122May 9, 2025 2:25 AM

[QUOTE] They could also change the rules allowing a donor egg/surrogate.

This will never happen.

by Anonymousreply 123May 9, 2025 7:08 AM

Datalounge Gay = not gay

by Anonymousreply 124May 9, 2025 7:08 AM

R123 I don't think so either. It's just a possibility. The UK is more likely to become a republic by that time.

by Anonymousreply 125May 9, 2025 7:16 AM

I think the "of the body" stipulation was challenged by the Marquess of Bath when he tried to undo the male primogeniture succession when the wife had significant health complications during pregnancy. They lost. Too lazy to look up.

by Anonymousreply 126May 9, 2025 8:43 AM

R126 The only think that I can find is that the 7th Marquess of Bath (father of the current Marquess) who died of COVID in 2022 left his entire estate to his wife and 2 legitimate children. He left nothing to his 70+ "wifelets" (term he used for his many, many mistresses) or one acknowledged illegitimate child. A number of these mistresses lived in grace and favor cottages on his property. There is an ongoing lawsuit in which some of these mistresses are trying to get some money from the estate. It doesn't appear that anyone is trying to get the title or the entailed portion of the estate. I can't find anything online about any successful case of an illegitimate child successfully getting a title or entailed estate. That doesn't mean it's never happened, but a preliminary search isn't finding anything.

by Anonymousreply 127May 9, 2025 9:21 AM

The 7th Marquess of Bath is an interesting character if anyone is interested in reading about him. His body count could give a gay man a run for his money.

by Anonymousreply 128May 9, 2025 9:25 AM

The supposed royal drama between George and Louis came during the VE Day Parade (probably a boring bit when they had to wait around).

King Charles gave a great VE Day speech last night. Lots of references to the wartime experiences of his grandfather, mother and father, many of which were historic moments. This is the kind of thing that isn't possible in a republic.

And we're fine with that. Thanks.

by Anonymousreply 130May 9, 2025 10:57 AM

Who is "we", r130?

by Anonymousreply 131May 9, 2025 11:15 AM

I don't think that's true. Anyone can talk about the wartime experiences of their forebears and how they were handed down to one. I've attended plenty of events in America where the speaker talked about his own wartime experiences, or his father's, etc. They don't have to be experienced by monarchical rulers to be meaningful "historic moments."

by Anonymousreply 132May 9, 2025 11:21 AM

The "historic" bit is that the King's grandfather was the head of state who made the OG VE Day speech. Plus the memories of the Queen walking through the crowds. These are well-known stories that have become part of the national memory.

The memories of VE Day veterans themselves are of crucial importance, and Prince George got to chat with some of the few who are still around. This will be something he can talk about in the future, when he is King, creating a further chain of connection in the future to the events of the 1940s.

Listen to Charles's speech to get a sense of what I mean.

by Anonymousreply 133May 9, 2025 11:30 AM

R132, I get that, as an American, you don't have a single, independent head of state who represents the whole nation and the state, as many other countries do, so you might not grasp what I'm saying. Different countries have different systems and, just as the British system is inappropriate for the US, the American system is inappropriate for Britain.

by Anonymousreply 134May 9, 2025 11:33 AM

This is so strange to see you all take up for Louis and put George down. I was like George and those who mocked me were in fact younger cousins. It hurt. It was pure homophobia. I didnt understand it at the time; i knew i had to curtail my actions. Shame on you all. And Mary me if u want. Its odd behaviour.

Seems more like you're the one with issues that you need sorting out.

by Anonymousreply 143May 9, 2025 12:35 PM

[quote] you don't like the royals, you think they're going to disappear,

Maybe you should learn some reading comprehension. I like the Royal Family just fine, I never said otherwise. Just that Americans are totally fine without a monarchy.

And yes, Trump Trump Trump. I know. But he'll be gone in four years and we'll move on. You can't do that with a monarchy.

by Anonymousreply 144May 9, 2025 12:38 PM

The UK isn't going to become a republic. The latest local elections showed that people are sick of the new Labour government already and voting for Reform UK, which is a right wing, anti migrant party run by posh boys who love the BRF.

by Anonymousreply 145May 9, 2025 2:05 PM

George is going to make an excellent Queen on day, long before he inherits the throne. He'll need an Alex Claremont-Diaz of his own.

R 149. Or the former king of Thailand. Fratricide is surprisingly common in royal circles.

[quote]Maybe you should learn some reading comprehension. I like the Royal Family just fine, I never said otherwise. Just that Americans are totally fine without a monarchy. And yes, Trump Trump Trump. I know. But he'll be gone in four years and we'll move on. You can't do that with a monarchy

We are not doing fine. And no, the problem Trump represents will not disappear in four years. Arguably some of the problems America faces result from having a combined head of state and head of government, which the British system avoids.

There's no need to get rid of the monarchy. What has it done that is remotely comparable to what Trump has done?

R142, that is the certified Galinda Flip, loved by young girls the world over. One progresses from there to the Bend and Snap when one is old enough.
