Was in SF late last year and stayed in a hotel across from Saks and they had signs in the window saying you could no longer enter the store without an appointment. Guess no one made an appointment.

Imagine if crimes were punished with arrests and prosecution. The current state of these cities is just pathetic, and very silly. Punishment is a deterrent. It's not optional.
