I LOVED her and the first few seasons of Tabatha Takes Over. She was FANTASTIC.

More than any other reality "takeover" host (I'm looking at you Gordon Ramsay) she really seemed to care about the people and businesses she helped.
Man, when someone was an asshole on that show, it was the most compelling thing ever.

I loved watching her on TV. She was so intense and organized. I am sorry to learn her partner died. How awful for her.

Her late partner was ten years older than Coffey but in that picture she looks at least 10 years younger than Coffey.
