Hey, Canadians! What's the best recipe to make POUTINE at home?

And other non-Canadians, too, if you have a recipe?

Are there particularly good brands of ingredients to use?

Any variations worth trying?

Or is it as simple as any brand of frozen french fries, cheese curds, and brown gravy mix?

Where do you get cheese curds?

I'm guessing Whole Foods, R1. But I don't know if regular grocery stores in the US would sell them.

Whole foods does not sell cheese curds lol. Just making shit up now?

Just leave a block of cheese in a container filled with vinegar and place in the sun for a few days. Cheese curds will happen magically.

Once you find a poutine you like, put a ring on it.

I saw FROZEN poutine, something I never dreamed would even exist, at a Walmart in California.
