I hope it’s as good as the first season!
I can’t watch Nicole Kidman anymore. She is in too many things. Her accents are all horrible. He face looks terrible.
Hard Pass.

I’m enjoying it so far. Not as sharply written and observed as white lotus but also doesn’t take it self So seriously. Nicole Kidmans wigs are a hoot. Christine baranski Murray Bartlett and Annie Murphy chewing up the scenery. Good mindless fun

Bruh how does she have time to film all this time. This is just unreal. They have to be using AI that's transcoding as Nicole Kidman. It’s just impossible for her to have the schedule to film all this stuff. The new Google AI can do it too. You can do practically anything. You could make the lead actresses from Sister Act play basketball like Space Jam.

Is watching season 1 necessary to see season 2? Or are they separate like the white lotus?
I like mark strong.

I'm assuming that NK is a coke addict...she has to get the energy to be in everything, everywhere, all at once from SOMEWHERE.

Well, I loved the first three episodes. It's such an improvement over the first season, which was tonally all over the place. Cinematography is stunning all of a sudden – well done to Jonathan Levine for pushing himself – and I love that they're using the various Hallstatt locations so much, it's such an interesting place to film in. Couldn't really do that on that Australian farm in the middle of nowhere last season.
Murray Bartlett is a scene stealer, Murphy has great chemistry with Golding, Strong matches Kidman's power easily, and Baranski as always is a delight. I don't really care about the lesbian Zoomer couple and think they were miscast – one of them is played by "King Princess", Amandla Stenberg's ex.
r5 More connected than White Lotus because the lead (Kidman) with her backstory is the connective tissue. But, you probably could watch it separately, I think the show will fill us in on everything we need to know eventually.

I found S1 to be a real disappointment. That said, I like the cast of S2 so I'll give it a shot.
