As I mentioned in the last thread about her, the trustee whom she owed money to for a loan against her condo gave legal notice that the condo was being put up for auction.

Well, after a two month postponement, that auction took place 5/13/25, and a sale was made. I took a print screen of the record from the STOX database (the company that handled this for the trustee).

Since this isn't a court-ordered foreclosure sale, I believe she can still extricate herself from this, but she has to act quickly and somehow come up with the money. She only has so much time to do that, though. The disclaimer put at the bottom of the STOX page for this sales record makes note of the California law covering that action for her type of property.

She may have to give up the Gelson's potato salad and switch to Ralph's (Kroger) plain wrap.

Besides the unpaid loan that resulted in the auction yesterday, the L.A. County assessor shows that she still hasn't paid any property tax on the condo since 2022. That bill is now over $14,000, plus there's the current year's taxes owed, which amounts to around $5000. The HOA of her building also has a lien against the condo for over $62,000 of unpaid HOA fees and penalties. That lien only lists what was owed to them for the three year period of 2020 - 2022. So with the monthly being around $1300 plus penalties, she probably owes them another $50,000+ by now.

The only story I was aware of is the one where she came to work and found Debby Adair (who played Jill in the early 80s) in her dressing room, ready to play Jill that day.

There is creative math in that “Welcome to My Home” video. She played Jill from 1973-1980 and again from late 1983 to 1987. That’s 11 and a half years total, not consecutively.

My guess is that Jill was a very popular character in the 80s, and Brenda may have been playing diva games on set. No more so than Eric Braeden, but some people can get away with that shit, while others can't. She probably didn't think that she would be fired because Bell had always seen Brenda as Jill, and was something of a muse to him. She was fired and blackballed in the industry, and I think she never got over it, and thus began her spiral to eccentricity.

The thing is, when Jess Walton was hired to play Jill, they gave her tapes of Brenda and told her to do what Brenda was doing, which makes you wonder about the power struggle over how the character was supposed to be played.

Some have suggested that Brenda and Bill Bell were fucking at some point and this was retaliation for an affair gone awry. I always assumed that Bell was a closeted gay man, but what do I know? There were also reports that Brenda may have been fucking Wes Kenney, and a particular CBS exec. Who knows if any of that is true?

I only brought up Eric Braeden because he punched out a cast member and wasn't fired. I don't think anything Brenda did rose to that level, but I wasn't there.

Her signed and notarized agreement on file allows the lender to sell the property to get their money back. She's in a panic now because it actually happened on May 13.

Thinking about why she's so concerned now about the so-called "fraudulent" lien put on her condo by the HOA for non-payment of association fees, the only reason I can think of is that's she's now trying to stop the recent sale that was forced by the other lien holder by becoming what's called an "eligible tenant buyer."

-- IF -- that's the case, then to do that, she has 45 days to come up with the money to match the sales bid. In her case, that would probably mean securing another loan against the property. But generally, if an eligible tenant buyer is trying to do that, they'd have to be current on things like property taxes, HOA fees, and insurance on the property. We know she's delinquent on her property taxes, and since there's a dispute over the HOA fees, then regardless of whether that lien is valid or fraudulent (as she claims) then that matter would also have to be resolved and/or paid now as well. - jmho
