No. Other people have suggested things like having a discord or outside group based around DL. They were attacked by everyone and then banned. It strikes me as weird and old-fashioned that there isn't an off-site user ran thing. Basically every other community does something like that. I'm not sure if it's against the rules to discuss that or if it was just such an unpopular concept that the ban was triggered by lots of FFs.
