As I understand it, they didn’t directly collude. They gave their own data to a company that analyzed the data with the data from other landlords and the aggregator told each company what they should charge. The company that did the aggregation and recommendations is the entity that engaged directly in anti-competitive practices, if anything,

R7, they will ALL get off because of this circular reasoning. That and iron clad, double speak contracts that lets the analyzing firm off the hook from any liability of what the landlords chose to do with the info.
