Michael Jackson had a weird full smile for his last decade or so, no surprise there I know.

The area above his upper lip to the nose was paralysed or frozen due to surgery or fillers, so he looked very weird when smiling. That must be why he used to put his hand over his mouth when laughing to try and hide it.
