Enrique Tarrio, Proud Boys Leader In Prison For Seditious Conspiracy, Begs Trump For Pardon

The former leader of the extremist group says he can only see the outside of his cell for one hour a day.

Nayib Hassan, Tarrio’s lawyer, wrote Monday in a letter to Trump that the former leader of the extremist group is a “young man with an aspiring future ahead of him,” and argued that Tarrio was “portrayed throughout the government’s case as a right-wing extremist that promoted a neo-fascist militant organization.” Hassan wrote that because Tarrio was arrested on Jan. 4, 2021, for unrelated charges, and was ordered out of Washington, D.C., he did not “partake in the rally that took place on January 6, 2021.”

Hassan also lamented that his client has been placed in a special housing unit in prison where he can “only see the outside of his cell for one hour a day,” and argued that this is a “cruel and an unusual punishment” that has negatively affected Tarrio’s mental health.

“Nonetheless, the government pushed forward charging and prosecuting Henry, along with four individuals in the same trial, for expressing their freedom of expression,” the letter states.

Trump is so despicable he'll probably pardon the jackass.

Cunts

by Anonymousreply 3January 6, 2025 9:39 PM

What is an "aspiring future?"

by Anonymousreply 4January 6, 2025 9:43 PM

Who is "Henry"?! Deport 'Enrique' and his mother back to their homeland and let them engage in political violence there. We'll see how it goes for Afro-Latinos preaching white supremacy.

Keep Enrique Tarrio locked up. He's an asshole and a criminal.

by Anonymousreply 6January 7, 2025 12:35 AM

Nothing like an illiterate defense attorney.

by Anonymousreply 7January 7, 2025 12:48 AM

I hope he rots in there. Same thing goes for all the Jan 6 scumbags.

Enrique Tarrio is not a young man with an aspiring future ahead of him. He is a 40-year old leader of the criminal, racist, insurrectionist, so-called 'Proud Boys." He made his future as a criminal. He doesn't aspire to be anything other than a criminal.

Rot in prison, motherfucker.

Enrique don’t worry I will pardon you and then deport you.

by Anonymousreply 10January 7, 2025 1:19 AM

I zoomed in on "aspiring future" immediately as well. Illiterate lawyer indeed.

by Anonymousreply 11January 7, 2025 1:22 AM

R5 He was born here. He can’t be deported actually.

by Anonymousreply 12January 7, 2025 1:23 AM

I hope he’s getting lots of ramen in return for that sweet velvety hole of his!

by Anonymousreply 13January 7, 2025 1:38 AM

R12 trump’s about to change that. Even Lurch will be deported.

by Anonymousreply 14January 7, 2025 1:38 AM

The orange anus will definitely pardon him.

by Anonymousreply 15January 7, 2025 1:40 AM

“A young man with an aspiring future ahead of him” MY ASS...

In 2004, when he was 20 years old, Tarrio was convicted of theft.

In 2012, Tarrio was indicted for his role in a scheme to rebrand and resell stolen diabetic test strips. After being charged, Tarrio cooperated with investigators, helping them prosecute more than a dozen others.

In 2013, Tarrio was sentenced to 30 months (of which he served 16) in federal prison.

After a warrant was issued for his arrest, Tarrio was arrested by D.C. police on January 4, two days before the January 6 insurrection.

Tarrio was charged with misdemeanor destruction of property and with two counts of felony possession of illegal high-capacity ammunition magazines (which police discovered upon arresting Tarrio on January 4).

In July 2021, as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors, Tarrio pleaded guilty to destruction of property and to a misdemeanor count of attempted possession of a high-capacity magazine (the felony counts were dropped as part of the agreement).

R16 So he is not only a fucking MAGA criminal, he a snitch too. Fuck this guy.

by Anonymousreply 17January 7, 2025 2:01 AM

This unfair incarceration is affecting his client's mental health. Love that part.

by Anonymousreply 18January 7, 2025 2:17 AM

These fuckers TERRORISED cops and congress persons, AND they broke American laws and are traitors. Fuck them.

by Anonymousreply 19January 7, 2025 2:23 AM

They’ll all get pardoned. America said it was A-OK with that on November 5.

by Anonymousreply 20January 7, 2025 3:19 AM

He’s a useless cunt.

Put him in general pop and let them handle it.

by Anonymousreply 21January 7, 2025 6:34 AM

He's also pretty ugly, r17. As if being a snitch and a MAGA wasn't bad enough.

by Anonymousreply 22January 7, 2025 8:55 AM

There's still time for a brave lifer to step up for society and shiv him. I'll keep my fingers crossed!

by Anonymousreply 23January 7, 2025 12:11 PM

Man-up, Tarrio. Stop being a pussy.

by Anonymousreply 24January 7, 2025 12:50 PM

They're all tough guys until they actually have to do the time. Then their pussies show.

by Anonymousreply 25January 7, 2025 2:31 PM

He can be pardoned. He can be forgiven. He can make a new life for himself.

But he can never, ever be what he most wants to be. White.
