R25 is being funny, but the point is well taken -- the murder of Cates was a short-term plot twist to set up the Kristina story. They're paying a lot of attention to what happened to the recently murdered but Cates and Dr. Gatlin-Holt, both of whom were clearly murdered, are completely forgotten. Bad writing!

From the hints so far, it looks like they're going to go with Dante unknowingly knocking up Brooklynn during summer camp and Lois giving the child Gio up for adoption without Brooklynn's knowledge of the details.

They seem like a fun bunch, joking about hairy asses and such.

Jane Elliott is a treasure. Tuesday's interaction with MEK was a juicy morsel of acting, an appetizer for the next day's confrontation with Sonny and Jason. During the Jane Elliott-MEK scenes, I felt like these two veterans were teaching all of the others about what real acting is about. Kudos to the writers (for once!) for the scenes in which Tracy beats Sonny for the heart of Jason. Rather than have Sonny storm out and have a heart problem, they should have asked Sonny to act his rage and disappointment.

I acknowledge that Sonny and Carly have a fan base. But for the large portion who constantly complain about these characters, I think if they were written in a way where characters were constantly pointing out what hypocrites they are, not just Tracy, I think the viewers who don't like them wouldn't mind them so much.

I think Jason gets a pass, because while Steve doesn't want to play Jason Quartermaine ( and I can understand why he doesn't), there is still an audience who is hoping that one day Jason will just say fuck it and be a Q or at the very least support his family.

That's not the story I remember watching. But....if the show and the network is going to support Wright in the part and no one in charge has asked her to tone done her social....not her fault.
