Overall or just as it relates to indoor Christmas trees?

Live!

I prefer live but don't have one. I'm afraid my dog would chew on it and die.

I think the world should be covered in artificial trees. It would definitely save on water.

I prefer live but have stuck with artificial for the past 30 years.

I switched to fake and I like it. But it is tacky.

Artificial.
Real tree, though smells nice, is way too much work. Hauling it in, keeping it watered, constantly cleaning up the leaves, throwing it out, feeling bad you killed a tree

I have been with artificial trees for most of the last 3 decades. When my artificial tree is on it's last legs, I throw it out, get a real tree for just that one year, and then buy a good quality artificial one after Christmas at 30-40% and use that for the next several years. I buy two scented potpourris. One of pine and one of mixed cloves and cinnamon spices, put it in two mesh ball ornaments, and put them inside the tree and most people think it's real until they touch it.

Once I moved out of my house and away from the influence of my father, the fireman, I finally could have live trees.

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
