‘Twin Peaks’ Director David Lynch Settles Divorce From Wife of 14 Years as He Struggles With Health

Isabella Rosselini said about Lynch that if he didn't make films he'd be a serial killer of women. His son once had a mental breakdown on twitter where he posted pictures of himself cutting his own penis. David also would apparently blast Skrillex in the house. I'm so curious about his personal life. Very sad that he's retired, I really had hope for one more great Lynch project. He was very hot as a young man btw. He had even better hair when it was a beautiful shade of brown.

After his health issues due to smoking came out, this quote resonated with me:

“I wish what every addict wishes for: that what we love is good for us.”

R1, his son did that??!

What happened to In Sickness and In Health?

To David Lynch, Mullholland Drive is a masterpiece. You'll always have that.

And may I add, Mr Lynch, Llorando sung by Rebekah Del Rio overwhelmed me in the very best of ways.

There’s a very good book that has his own memories interspersed with comments from colleagues and friends. He would mostly live and work in a separate house from whatever wife and kids were around. He admits that his ingrained eccentricities can be hard for others to deal with.

David Lynch portrayed deep feelings in his work and I admire him for it.

Where did you read/hear that, R1? I tried searching and didn't find anything.

According to his Wikipedia page, David's relationship history is definitely... um, "colorful."

His romantic ideals of love are brilliantly explored in some of his films, but impossible to sustain in real life.

Lynch always struck me as someone on the spectrum.
