As a former prosecutor, the lawyers prosecuting this case were motivated by politics and 15 minutes of fame. Intentional and unintentional errors are too numerous to mention.

Dude it is not manslaughter. Violating a safety procedure resulting in someone's death is not manslaughter when you don't bear the responsibility of ensuring the safety. Baldwin was not the on set gun handler, safety officer, or ammunition expert. That gun should have never been loaded with live bullets.

The judge dismissed the case WITH prejudice meaning jeopardy has attached and he cannot be tried again .
