I absolutely agree with her. He is being made a spectacle. He’s still eligible for the federal death penalty, but I doubt Biden’s team will ask for it. Trump’s team might.

It would not be double jeopardy for the Feds to charge him for a different offense such a deprivation of Civil Rights laws, but they don’t have that case here.
