Ok, DL chefs

Looking for the easiest way to cook a prime rib for Xmas dinner. Reverse sear after low heat in oven, stove top sear then low oven? There seems to be a dozen different ways. Planning on roasting potatoes under the meat.

Trust in America's Test Kitchen. The subscription is worth every penny.

Who asks this? I'll tell your lazy ass, wave it near the stove, slice the raw meat and plate! Couldn't be easier

People who cook ask this R3.

OP, sorry, I'd help if I could. I don't think DL is the place to ask for prime rib advice.

Maybe R1 can say whether he / she actually tried that ATK method / recipe.
