Do you watch a lot of Andy Hardy movies?

NO, never. Nobody does.

I've seen them all, but it was decades ago. I wouldn't mind seeing them again. Watched the first in the series on TCM a month or two ago - I want to see them in order, though. They're enjoyable.

I loved "Andy Hardy Gets VD." An even better one was "Andy Hardy Meets a T-Gurl."

Mickey is TCM's "Star of the Month," so they're trotting out all of his movies.

There's an episode where he loses his trunks in a swimming pool or some girl takes them off. As a gayling that scene stirred my loins. This was in the 70s. I still remember it.

I haven't watched all of them, but I like them for 2 reasons:

1) I read somewhere that Archie Comics are based on Andy Hardy movies.

2) I learned that Mickey Rooney was sticking it in everyone on the sets of those movies, so I like to play guess who Mickey Rooney fucked while watching.

There is a scene in “ Life Begins for Andy Hardy” where the judge and Andy are having lunch. Judge Hardy makes a comment about getting emotionally involved with a variety of girls, and states that that makes it harder to transfer your feelings ultimately to your wife. Even though it sounds hokey Judge Hardy gives very good advice about how to control yourself and sort of save yourself for your future mate. I love that scene alone. The rest of the Hardy series is made for people who have never left their home.
