I'm afraid it's starting to happen to me and I'm scared!
At what age do you finally "get the face you deserve"?

65 is when it escalates. If it is troubling to you or more importantly negatively impactful to your social or career life, you may want to consider some medically sanctioned intervention. Be prepared to spend 60-80 k . With no drinking, smoking, tanning and maintaining a stable weight you should be good to about 72 to 73.

However old you are when you can afford the services of a talented plastic surgeon.
He or she can give you the face you deserve. Otherwise you’re stuck with the one you’ve got.

Stop scowling at everyone and everything and maybe you can undo some of the damage already done.

Some things we deserve, some we don’t. My in laws on one side are unusually prone to a double chin. It shows up even if they’re only a few lbs overweight. I went bald in my 20s. Shit happens and so does genetic propensity!

I don't scowl at people but I am a cunt (thus why I'm on DL). I think it's starting to show on my face in the form of dead-ish eyes that are starting to sink in (think Jared Kushner). Isn't it awful!

The phrase "get the face you deserve " is just another way shallow bitches can look down on someone.
Some cunts are gorgeous.

Don’t scowl. Don’t smile. Don’t smoke. Don’t sunburn.

You ain’t kidding, R9. At 50 I looked and felt a full dozen years younger than I do today at 57.

I don't know about "deserve." Some horrible people have had some pretty great faces and some have ruined theirs prematurely. Who's to say what they deserve?
I do think things start falling apart in your 50s. I know I am. (54) I'll still scared of looking like Madame (the puppet) so I'm not planning on going under the knife. If you start injecting or filling, you better be prepared to keep it up. My mom did it for years and when she stopped with the fillers it looked even worse than before.

I started losing my looks when I hit 60. That's when the drinking and smoking caught up with me, even though I'd quit both when I hit 50. I am not aging gracefully...
