Knowing damn well that I have neither the talent nor patience to ever attempt any of the designs, still I watch.
And then I have the gall to think to myself, "Ooh, that's a lovely idea." Some of them overdo it with the frosting, and look more like frosting pottery sculptures, but they're still gorgeous.
Anyone have and other DIY creation videos for guilty pleasures? I need a new one. Hopefully, I can find one that I can realistically attempt with success.

This is not exactly cake decorating, but not far from it and definitely a "lovely idea". It's from Masterchef Australia, and they've all been told to make a dessert based on a fairytale or similar.
