Any person with a brain in their head knows that we should shut up and trust the jury on this one. They’ve heard the arguments for and against, and have been exposed to all the testimony and evidence, and even they are having a hard time nailing the appropriate verdict.

Choking the life out of someone who could have been restrained without being killed is reasonably murder, but Neeley had been violent towards people in the past and reportedly made statements in front of Penny suggesting people on the train car should die.
