Worst boss you ever had

Temp office job during college summer break at a manufacturing plant.

Owner was an overweight, red faced lunatic constantly yelling, cussing and throwing things. Threw phones, chairs, staplers, coffee pots, cups of coffee, over turned desks. Fired men by telling them to go home to their fat ugly wife and never come back. Screaming on the phone at vendors he was going to come to their kid's baseball game and kick their ass. If a salesman was waiting in reception to see him, he would yell out "send that little fa**ot in here now" (it was the 80s). His skittish wife the office manager skulked around the place like a scared rabbit and was the poster woman for battered wife syndrome. It wasn't a matter of if he was going to have a heart attack or stroke but when. The guys out in the Plant had a plan for when he did have a heart attack or stroke. The plan was: don't help him! Everyone scatter and pretend you didn't see or hear anything.

I called the temp agency and asked for another assignment. They said I had agreed to the entire summer. I said I didn't agree to be called names and have things thrown at me all summer. They said they didn't have anything else for me. I said fine. Finished out the week, went to another temp agency the following week and was working at a sane place the next day.

I had a female boss who was a deeply closeted lesbian. I mention that because I believe it was the source of her rage and constant anger. She surrounded herself with this cabal of equally closeted women. She was threatened by me, and by my experience. After paying over $100k in moving expenses to relocate me to her city, she quickly began building a plan to get rid of me. She structured an 8-person RIF which included me.

She is rumored to have pushed her husband down the stairs. They lived on opposite coasts, and she saw him only 2-3 times per year. His body was found a few days after her last visit.

Most of my bosses have been shitty, except when I was self-employed. My current boss is semi-incompetent and just depends (heavily) on other people to know what he should know.

I had one supervisor who dug through my trash and confronted me with what she had found ... in my trash.

This kike named Sheila. Evil micromanaging bitch, and she kept popping out kids to traumatize. If there’s ever another Holocaust I hope she gets gassed with Zyklon B.
