I know exactly what you mean OP. I’m also cut loosely with half a foreskin and when it’s flaccid and bunched up in your underwear the long hairs get caught under the skin and pull and it’s painful. Don’t mind R3. I’m sure he has his entire foreskin removed to the point that there’s no skin to roll over the head when jerking off so he either needs lube or chafes. He’s just grouchy.
