Pamela Anderson’s still repping her bare face with no makeup

Since then, Anderson has become something of a pioneer of the no or barely there makeup look, fronting magazine covers, appearing on talk shows and even accepting awards with a fresh face earlier this week she scooped the Outstanding Lead Performance for her role in Gia Coppola’s forthcoming film, “The Last Showgirl.”

Her face looks alright, I guess. I like this look better than the pounds of makeup she used to wear.

But her hair looks really, really bad. Someone needs to convince her to trim off about four inches of it, it looks like my niece's Barbie's hair that she left too close to the wood burning stove.

I think the no-makeup look is just her way of signaling to the world that she’s a serious actress now. It’s a throwback to when Farrah did it after her success in “The Burning Bed” — i.e., the pinup doll is gone and I’m all about my craft now.

I like her a lot and I applaud her journey. When she first appeared without makeup a few years ago, I do not believe it was marketing, I do not believe she was developing a skin care line at that time. I think she was postmenopausal and felt ready to liberate herself from pandering to the male gaze. I think it was a long-time coming, a long-time goal that has been incubating since she got that pixie cut a decade ago. She finally got the codependent compulsive need to be in a marriage or relationship out of her system, is finally learning how to be single, and is on a self-love and self-acceptance journey. I believe that the skin care line came later, som other party probably approached Pam about it after observing Pam showing up to events makeup-free for a few years.

Meh, Pamela now looks like Sally Kirkland.

I think no makeup is fine but when you're all dolled up in a gown for the red carpet, a little lipstick and blush is appropriate.

I like this kind of "bare-faced" look. You don't necessarily need the red lip, but what's wrong with lipstick. AJ looked really good, here, IMO. Yes, there's a lot of makeup to create that "no makeup" skin, but it's really beautiful, IMO.

Wear whatever you want in your daily life. But on a red carpet, there are certain expectations.

She’s had 6 marriages. That’s even worse than JLo.

She looks tired and washed out.

Eyebrows filled in, mascara and lipstick to look alive.

Fuck off, R18. Pam and Kid Rock haven't been together for two decades. She was in her 30s then and still ovulating. She's almost 60 now. Pretty sure she is no longer obsessed with the male gaze. I know many menopausal women and they all agree, the preoccupation with the male gaze falls away in menopause, and it's very liberating. Pammy's last hurrah was that quickie Covid marriage a few years ago. She been single ever since. It's her healing journey, it's been in the works for a long time, and you don't get to shit on it.

She and Jenny McCarthy both did this and they each eventually slinked back and got implants again, probably because they soon realized they wouldn't have become famous without them. When Playboy makes you famous, best to maintain the cartoon image of your physique or it's over...considering the demographic of your fan base.

She actually looks naturally beautiful in OPs pic...other times I've seen her w/out makeup, not so much, but she looks lovely there
