As a frau, this is simply a “ short shag.” At one point I had the Linda Evan’s dynasty cut - all one length to the shoulder and modified long wing pieces feathered back, along with longish bangs .

That wasn’t the most scarey.

A long shag often bordered on the Christmas tree head — shortish layers on top , long hair feathered back and bangs —- it really was borderline mullet as well

I was a stylist through that time. People called it a flippy bob, or just wanted flippy hair. I never knew it to have any particular name.
