ROSIE DRAMA! Chelsea O'Donnell arrested AGAIN

I worked in adoptions for many years in California. Since there is no longer any stigma in being an unwed mother, babies put up for adoption tend to be children removed from parental custody due to addiction or abuse. No telling what Chelsea was exposed to in utero, but she may have been born addicted and have a genetic predisposition to addiction to alcohol and other drugs. Meth babies were worse off developmentally in my experience, with ADHD, severe developmental delays and learning disabilities. Parents who adopt these children need to be counseled that love isn't going to fix some problems.
