I have never had good feelings about him until I read that People spread. Wow. He seems super fun, caring, creative and emotionally literate.

On the one hand, I hate this kind of shit in 2024, when the world feels like it's burning: "If you're wearing the most expensive thing that just came out, you're not fashionable. You're just a person who happens to spend their money. To me, it's all about high-low. I might wear a really nice vintage Prada jacket with a thing I found at Melrose Trading Post for $10." Like, I can't even believe people still are self-absorbed enough to have a clothing philosophy that they take seriously while also acknowledging that Trump is going to be our president again, there is war in Ukraine and the Palestinians are being cleansed, we are not any closer to solving the climate crisis, etc etc. I personally used to love reading vapid things like that -- in the 90s. These days I feel incredibly embarrassed and insulted that there are people still fingering their navels talking about hi/low fashion and blah blah blah.

But then he pivots and says something truly wonderful, like, "I completely understand if you go out on a date and the guy's being totally creepy — you should totally ghost the f--- out of him. But I don't want to ghost anyone. I always think whenever I'm doing anything like that, I'll think about my mom and I'll say like, "Oh, I want to treat this person like I would treat my mom and how I'd want someone to treat my mom." That is a class act.

I can see how he reads as sexy. He's very comfortable in his skin and knows himself very well, and has passion.
