OP let me explain something to you

Unless you live an active fitness model lifestyle and look like Davey Fisher (below) all the time, the only way for an actor to achieve that look is to bulk up, then lean out, and then to starve himself for a week, and then dehydrate himself completely for a few days before the shoot. That is why his face looks like that. He’s starving and dehydrated.

Considering the idiocy of the movie, it would have behooved the production to just cast a fitness model in the role who wouldn’t have fucked up his face so badly because he’s trained his body to look like that all the time.
