I’ve never gotten it but am thinking of getting it around my eyes. Thoughts?
Do you get Botox?

Yes I do. Works great for me. I’ve only had it one time where my person got a little carried away and I got the weird eyebrow thing. Every other time has been subtle and effective.

I’m 55 and been doing it for the last year or so. I’ve got a good Dr doing it and while it’s subtle, I think I just look fresher. My partner does it as well and is 41, it’s made him look 10 years younger.

People have the wrong idea about Botox. Usually when you see someone with a weird face, it’s not just Botox, but often fillers or something more drastic. Professionally administered Botox should make the person look lineless and fresh.

I get Botox injections around my eyes and on my forehead. Less is more. I've had great results.

My high school reunion was this past weekend. I didn't go, but looked at the photos. All of the guys looked OLD. None of them are using Botox. Or Rogaine. Or Ozempic. I know it's DL and we all claim to look younger and better than we are, but I can honestly say I look a lot younger than my classmates do. I am blessed with a full head of hair that is still way more pepper than salt and pepper, and I work hard to stay in shape.
For the girls in my class, I would say there were about 35 women there, and half of them were heavily Botoxed. Three looked to have overdone it, one has had impeccable work done (she is a high-end real estate agent so sort of a requirement for the job). None of the gals were heavy but a few have let themselves go gray.

Those Botox cosmetic ads were all such a turn off. I’m not surprised the ad campaign has been discontinued. Frankly, they were launched way too late; after the process had been synonymous with the nightmare realities of Beverly Hills housewives makeover parties.

There's a local car dealer - age 70-plus - who's clearly having it done. He also has billboards trying to sell you one of the many brands of autos he sells. His photo is on every one of them.
His face looks smoother than a baby's ass.

Not now, but a cosmetic dermatologist gave me forehead and crow's feet injections with good results. I have furrowed my brow since my teens, so what I really wanted was help with those lines. It worked great. My crow's feet were not that bad, so I can't remember how effective those shots were.
