My double chin
I am a 50-something pleasant looking type, but in the last couple of years, I have developed a double chin significant enough that it was even visible on my driver’s license picture. My father had one when I was a kid (he died young).
This really destroys the look of my face, which is otherwise pleasant. And yes, I am sixty pounds overweight. If I lost the weight, might the double chin vanish?
I can’t afford lipo.

To reduce a double chin, consider the following tips:
Diet: Eat more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods.
Exercises: Try neck rotations, tongue stretches, chin presses, jaw jutting, and puckering your lips while tilting your head backwards.
Posture: Keep your back straight and your chin up in photographs to minimize the appearance of your double chin.

60 pounds is too much. Lose the weight for your health.. and to get rid of the double chin.

OP how is your skin elasticity? Losing weight might leave you with a turkey gobbler. But by all means watch your diet and hit the gym!

I lost 55 pounds between age 60 and 62. I didn't realize how obvious my double chin was until I saw my new passport photo before I lost weight. And yes I lost my double chin almost completely, maybe 90-95%.
I recommend a healthy keto diet. Basically a Mediterranean style diet, which is mostly low carbs, meaning no pasta, breads, or sweets. Eat lots of vegetables and some of the healthier fish (salmon, sardines, a little tuna). Have chicken or beef only occasionally.
