Chilly in philly

by Anonymousreply 1November 30, 2024 2:58 PM

Forecast high is 78 here in SoCal.

by Anonymousreply 2November 30, 2024 3:27 PM

We have stopped caring about Pennsylvania, ever since the election.

They can be buried under 10 feet of snow and never come out.

by Anonymousreply 3November 30, 2024 3:30 PM

Yes. Remember Pennsylvanians are so upset about the economy and jobs being sent overseas they voted for the Republican hedge fund manager who made his multi-billion dollar fortune sending jobs overseas for US Senator.

The whole area between Buffalo and Cleveland is basically closed down until Tuesday at the earliest.

by Anonymousreply 5November 30, 2024 9:02 PM

I've been to Buffalo. Niagara Falls is nice. Toronto is an easy day trip.

by Anonymousreply 6November 30, 2024 9:04 PM

That’s like 3 of me.

by Anonymousreply 7November 30, 2024 9:07 PM

Now 30 inches.

by Anonymousreply 8November 30, 2024 9:09 PM

Erie needs to take it easy, and stop taking so many inches.

by Anonymousreply 9November 30, 2024 9:18 PM

Erie is an insatiable bottom!

by Anonymousreply 10November 30, 2024 9:39 PM

Whore!

by Anonymousreply 11November 30, 2024 9:42 PM

The whole area between Buffalo and Cleveland has been closed down since 1969.

by Anonymousreply 12November 30, 2024 9:59 PM

I agree with R3 & R4. Pennsylvania foolishly voted for Trump and Moreno, so they deserve to endure God's wrath with this snowstorm.

by Anonymousreply 13December 1, 2024 7:52 AM

That's hot OP!

by Anonymousreply 14December 1, 2024 8:09 AM

I wish we'd have a snowstorm here. We were supposed to get 6 inches tonight, but nothing. So I baked a cake and I guess I'll stuff my face until I feel like I can sleep.

RIP to the Goys. We will never forget.

R16 my favorite 8 part thread!

by Anonymousreply 17December 1, 2024 9:29 AM

Wait. Wasn’t the Michigan game in Columbus? Did the snow miss them entirely?

(Rhetorical question - I didn’t really care)

Dave McCormack only won by a FEW votes.

Columbus doesn’t get lake-effect snow.

by Anonymousreply 20December 1, 2024 11:58 AM

[quote] Pennsylvania foolishly voted for Trump and Moreno

Bernie Moreno was in OHIO, not Pennsylvania.

by Anonymousreply 21December 1, 2024 12:20 PM

R19, PA still gave the win to McCormack over Bob Casey, even if it was only narrow. It was stupid of them to vote out such a good Senator and they have screwed up the Dems' chances of winning back the Senate anytime soon.

Almost 55 inches in a week.

I do love a lot of inches but this is TOO much.....

Jimmmaaayyy!!!

by Anonymousreply 24December 7, 2024 2:20 AM

Doesn't that side of the lake always get slammed with lake effect snow?

It's kind of what they're known for - all the way to Buffalo.

by Anonymousreply 25December 7, 2024 3:24 AM

It does, R25, but never this much this early in the year.

Most of these towns easily see 100 inches in a season.....they've had 50 inches and it's only December 6.

by Anonymousreply 26December 7, 2024 5:20 AM

I need 24 inches or more…

Matrimony is baloney

She'll be wanting alimony

In a year or so

Still they go and shuffle

Shuffle off to Buffalo!

When she knows as much as we know

She'll be on her way to Reno

While he still has dough

She'll give him the shuffle

When they're back from Buffalo!

by Anonymousreply 28December 7, 2024 5:35 AM

Hasn't the Erie area always been Trump country since 2016?

Who cares. Do they think trumpy will visit them anytime soon?

by Anonymousreply 29December 7, 2024 5:45 AM

[quote]Hasn't the Erie area always been Trump country since 2016?

It’s considered a “bellwether” area. It usually votes for the winner.

by Anonymousreply 30December 7, 2024 9:52 AM

Way too many inches.

by Anonymousreply 31December 7, 2024 10:37 AM

80 degrees forecast today (SoCal.)
