R4- I'm 59 years old and I work VERY hard to keep the weight off and stay in shape. I do have a good medium sized sex drive- so I cannot complain. It probably helps that I take generally very good care of myself- exercising everyday ( I walk 21 miles a week) eating lots of fruits , vegetables, nuts, seeds , legumes and whole grains.

Many societies have been based on polygamy, so that’s probably not true. Men sometimes assume that monogamy is some evil plot by women, but it actually benefits men. In polygamous societies, wealthy men have multiple wives while poorer men might not ever marry.
