4) have a prenuptial agreement with Trump (the only First Couple in history to have one)

5) pose for naked photos

The press has said very little about all of the above issues and more. If Michelle or Hillary had done these things they would have been grilled every day.

Della, I imagine the main issue IS security. The Secret Service's job is not only to ensure the President is safe, but that anyone whose safety could be held over him is also safe. Obviously, if they both start and end the day in the same, highly-secure, place it's a big plus in terms of manpower and cost. Nobody really cares what the First Lady does as long as it's not unseemly and as long as her PR people make it look like there's a bit of charity-type work going on, but where she does it matters quite a bit in terms of cost.
