In the article the owner clearly states the order was for November 5th and she said she was unable to fulfill the order because she wasn’t sure if the boiler issues would prevent the fulfillment. On November 13th Whoppi’s assistant bought 50 of the cupcakes. The owner didn’t lie, Whoppi bitch did.
