Fit fat is a muscular and fat combo. Works out but likes a slice of cheesecake.

It is not obese but walks a lot. It is not mostly skinny but a few extra pounds. It is not a dad bod.

My beau ideal of fit-fat would be the young Peter Deluise.

For me, "fit fat" means working out and having a good amount of muscles, but a body fat percentage in the lower to mid 20s. Jon Favreau is too stocky for that.
