He's not blaming her or the View. He's blaming Kamala for not being prepared enough to answer the question. Kamala should have read the mood of the country better, accepted that Biden is not a popular president, and differentiated herself from him at every opportunity. She didn't, and she wasn't prepared to do so on the View. This cost her massively.
