Actually OP, the meme you shared just casts more suspicion on how this & other states could have flipped seats to blue and rejected the state conservative. North Carolina elected a Dem governor, senator, some other seats as well, but voted Trump for president.

If you are going to fix a presidential election, make sure it doesn't look too obvious in some of the more subtle ways.

When it comes to Kari Lake, I think that's only a small part of it.

She has spent the last four years constantly denying the election results and running around after Trump. So it's not surprising that many in Arizona dislike her, because she was basically saying it was impossible for her to lose the election. So if you didn't vote for her last time, you definitely won't again, plus she doesn't seem to care much about Arizona as it's clear she's got her sights set higher than that, which surely put a lot of Arizonans off voting for her.
