Believable couples in love in movies and television
The Griswolds in Vacation. Chevy Chase may be an enormous prick, but he and Beverly D'Angelo were completely convincing as a married couple who still had the hots for each other.
Raul Julia and Anjelica Houston in the Addams Family movies.
I'm not a huge fan of her or of the movies in general, but Goop and RDJ were convincing as a real-life couple in the Avengers films. They bickered, she constantly told him he was an ass and they still obviously loved each other.
This is an outlier, but in Love and Marriage I think Ed O'Neil and Katey Sagal absolutely nailed a dysfunctional and toxic relationship that still had a kernel of mutual love at its center.

The Bunkers. They were like a lot of long-suffering couples my family.

Also John Astin and Carolyn Jones as Gomez and Morticia; they were attracted to each other in real life too if I remember correctly.
RDJ and Paltrow is a good choice, OP. Totally believable and effortless chemistry (and Im usually not a fan of Gwynnie)

It seems like a no-brainer and the show has long run its course, but Homer and Marge Simpson are absolutely devoted to each other whatever else you may think of them.

IMO, those two seemed like they hated each other. If they had had the money, they would've been divorced.

Han Solo and Princess Leia.
Empire Strikes Back made their relationship clear and complex at the same time.
I'm a big old Mary and the film sucked balls, but their embrace in Star Wars: The Force Awakens made me tear up a bit. It looked like the real thing.
And to some extent probably was.

Not TV or movie, but the pro-shot of the 2000 Manila production of MISS SAIGON, starring Lea Salonga and Will Chase.
Particularly the scene linked below.
It wouldn't surprise me if they were fucking behind the scenes, even though both were taken at the time.

Regarding Married With Children, Steve and Marcy, two Reaganomic bankers who were enamored of money and each other.
