Also r3, I can't find it but basically, the chick is a BPD skank who started having kids at age 12 and abandoned her kids with her 5 year old son's father and the son's father is molesting the 11 year old daughter. She is classic narcissistic BPD abusive drunk.

So, dude moved out yesterday. Before he did, the landlord and his fiance came over to talk to both of them to see if it could be worked out until the end of the lease. LL wasn't fully aware of how bad she is (he is now) and fortunately the guy said no.

Ll really thinks the world of the guy tenant (which makes it hard for me to reconcile that LL is a trumper because tenant is African) and offered to let the guy stay with him (quietly) and his fiance until she inevitably gets evicted and then have him move back in. He declined and LL didn't understand why until I told him (later) that tenant is actually fleeing an abusive situation (financial, physical, sexual and verbal) and she's hooking up with one of the NY gang banger drug dealers. Tenant is pretty confident that she's setting him up to get shot, I don't disagree with his concerns.

She LOST HER FUCKING SHIT after the LL left (so, fuck her saying she can't control it, she clearly can) and I was pretty concerned I would have to call the police (again, he's African and she can be really convincing) but he fortunately didn't engage and just hopped in a truck and disappeared. I wish him well. My understanding is that he's quitting his job too because she works at the same restaurant and he doesn't want hot grease poured on him or anything.

The LL can't evict her as yet. He told her she's required to sign a new, short lease if she chooses to stay. The new lease is just the amount of time left in the original lease with just her on it. She's not allowed to get a roommate or have people sleep over. She can't start any shit with me (or my dog).

There's zero chance she's ever going to be able to pay 2100 a month unless she quits drinking. She spends 50 bucks a day, at least, on alcohol. Every day. And she had issues paying half the rent previously. LL is expecting her to not be able to pay and get evicted and he's having bis lawyer draw up a notice so it's ready to go.

He's also going to be dropping by pretty frequently because she's such a dirty pig and because he wants her to know he's on to her. I made him promise me to never ever be alone with her. She will absolutely say he raped her.

She hasn't moved out of bed all day today and I worried she pulled a melodramatic suicide attempt but she's posting on Facebook so she's at least alive.

LL said he definitely wasn't trying to get me involved but if I would please let him know if anyone else was staying here which made me cackle because, dude. you've met me, of course I am telling you. I also have 2 separate plans for her poor, 1.5 years old unspayed cat should she either let the cat out (because guy tenant was the one who would look for the cat) or if she abandons the cat.
