The vote was 57% in favor but it needed to cross the 60% threshold to take effect.

Florida has a 60% requirement. Right to hunt beat that number. Marijuana and abortion did not.

57% is damn fucking close. Give the current restrictions about 2-3 more years to jeopardize the health of women across the state of Florida. Plenty of these women will unfortunately die. It won't take long for many Floridians to have close ties to these women. Then, this measure goes back to the ballot and I bet it reaches 60%+ at that stage.
