OP, you do realize that the US, via the CIA, has been involved in many coups, destabilizations, and other interference in Central and South American countries for decades and decades, right? Their "inability to govern" is because of these actions.

Argentina, Peru, Venezuela and Honduras have different forms of governments...Argentina is being led by a right wing populist while Venezuela is a Socialist Party led state.

OP, the best people in the world at running things are northern Europeans. The Scandinavian countries, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, even Poland and the post-Soviet Baltics are very well run. Italy, Greece, Romania, etc., are poorly run. The countries that were colonized by Spain are mostly shitholes. Africa is a shithole. Asia is a mixed bag.

You want a good fuck? Get a black man or a Latino or a southern European. You wants someone who knows how to fucking run things? Get a Nordic man.
