When Will Trump Magically Save The Palestinians?

All our brave ultra lefty "ugh, Kamala is a bad as Trump" who either didn't vote or voted for Jill "Perpetual Candidate/former county council member" Stein made Gaza their number one voting issue.

Well, now you got Trump....when is he going to help the Palestinians?

by Anonymousreply 101November 15, 2024 4:14 PM

Yeah, cant wait for that realty to happen. Will the Harris disrupters be satisfied when he give the green light to just wipe them all out?

by Anonymousreply 1November 6, 2024 10:21 AM

They are too dumb to even imagine it.

Palestine and Ukraine will officially fall.

These Anti-Biden Pro-Palestine Gen Z’ers are going to learn the hard way now.

by Anonymousreply 6November 6, 2024 2:41 PM

I hope not.

by Anonymousreply 7November 6, 2024 2:41 PM

We had to destroy the Palestinians in order to save them.

by Anonymousreply 8November 6, 2024 4:40 PM

Palestinians will enjoy working for slave wages in the new hotels and entertainment complexes Jared Kushner will erect on the shores of Gaza.

If there are any of them left.

by Anonymousreply 9November 6, 2024 4:43 PM

R9 has the answer.

by Anonymousreply 10November 6, 2024 4:49 PM

There are 14 million Palestinians. Even with his hands untied, Netanyahu doesn’t have a lot of options.

by Anonymousreply 11November 6, 2024 4:52 PM

[quote]Palestine and Ukraine will officially fall.

R3 Palestine was never really standing up to start with, a fall was always inevitable. Ukraine I fear for though, they never did anything to start that war, that was Putin's greed and insanity.

The only silver lining is that Israel will have free reign to bomb all the weapons factories in Iran with US support, which will stop the supply of Iranian missiles and drones to Russia to be used against Ukraine. Gotta look for some hope somewhere

[quote]These Anti-Biden Pro-Palestine Gen Z’ers are going to learn the hard way now.

And why is that, v8fascist? Could it have something to do with being invaded, dispossessed and occupied?

Meanwhile look at v8fascist lowkey happy Trump is in power — not because he’ll actively help Israel annihilate the Palestinians — heaven forbid! He’s concern trolling it up for Ukraine. Boo hoo!

by Anonymousreply 13November 6, 2024 5:09 PM

[quote]And why is that, v8fascist? Could it have something to do with being invaded, dispossessed and occupied?

Nope, but it could have a lot to do with an ideology more devoted to hating their Jewish neighbors than compromising. They spent billions building tunnels rather than serving their people for example.

R14 Talk about drinking the Kool Aid....sheesh.

by Anonymousreply 15November 6, 2024 8:15 PM

Substitute "Palestinian" for "Jewish" and "settlements" for "tunnels", and you'll see why they are all in this mess. Both sides refuse to compromise and only blame the other for alternating escalations.

Trump and Netanyahu will bulldoze Gaza into a parking lot, and at least be useful at something, getting those ridiculous Kampus Keffiyah Karens to STFU!

Rashida Tlaib will get what she voted for. I'd like to see that.

Trump will reinstitute his Muslim ban and the Supreme Court won't stop him this time. In my opinion, this is a plus. They've destroyed everywhere else they swarm and we have too many women in full burkas in NYC already. Keep religious extremism in the third world.

WE HAVE SUFFICIENT!

by Anonymousreply 31November 7, 2024 10:55 AM

I hope Israel does raze all of Gaza.and force the Muslim states states to take Gazans in.

by Anonymousreply 32November 7, 2024 11:14 AM

Force them how exactly? Not their problem. They owe Israel nothing. They don't care about "humanity" if you are going to operate from that perspective.

by Anonymousreply 33November 7, 2024 1:07 PM

[quote]I hope Israel does raze all of Gaza.and force the Muslim states states to take Gazans in.

Muslim states have taken in Palestinians before R32.... it didnt work out at all well, hence their extreme and understandable reluctance. They caused a civil war in Jordan, and the same in Lebanon. This is why Egypt, once an avid supporter, has now built a massive wall on its border with Gaza

I also hope Israel doent raze Gaza, but because of the way Hamas operates, that may be the end result

I almost feel like someone should start a thread of possible names for the Trump hotels that are going to be built there after he give Benjamin Netanyahu the green light to flatten everything.

by Anonymousreply 35November 7, 2024 1:32 PM

It's all so depressing. When we (or more specially less biased international media) is showing even more dead Palestinian children what will our legacy media do? Go to a diner and interview people who are saying 'Well I never knew he would do that, I thought eggs would be cheaper'. HE FUCKING TOLD YOU over and over. He had daily calls with Bibi. Bibi was in Mar a Largo all the time.

When Western Europe has more riots because their hotels are full of Ukrainian refugees getting welfare where will our 'economically anxious' MAGA twats be?

I'm mortified actually. And angry.

by Anonymousreply 38November 7, 2024 4:20 PM

[Quote] Nope, but it could have a lot to do with an ideology more devoted to hating their Jewish neighbors than compromising.

Typical of v8fascist and similar creatures to trot out the antisemitism canard when they’ve painted themselves into a corner on Israel.

What Israel is doing now is *horrific* and it’s hard to claim otherwise. Millions of Americans think so and vocally oppose it and our disgusting support for this monstrous violence.

American Zionism is basically a cult. I don’t blame American Jews for that — they are born into it, spoonfed zionist nonsense from the cradle. It’s hard to break out of a mindset that’s been planted in your brain from the first days.

So they see all this criticism of something they’re irrationally obsessed with, and may even see and feel threatened by the logic of the anti-Israel argument. Cognitive dissonance results. How to cope?

“Israel is Jewish and you’re criticizing it so you must be an antisemite.” This is coping, 1000%.

Then they will eagerly seek out any antisemitism on the fringes of the anti-Zionist argument and if they find any (and there are always some idiots on the margins to provide an example) they are gleeful because they can point to that and exclaim “SEE??? SEE??? I told you!!!”

Meanwhile 99% of us decrying the Israeli genocide see it as another example of the horrific abuse of powerless people which was also evidenced in the Holocaust and pogroms in Eastern Europe. It’s all part of the same cycle of the sadism of power.

And of course many of the most passionate and articulate anti-Zionists are Jews.

But don’t let any of this affect your copium.

by Anonymousreply 39November 7, 2024 7:01 PM

[quote] And of course many of the most passionate and articulate anti-Zionists are Jews.

88% of Jewish woman voted for Harris and 73% of Jewish men. I don't think that number would have changed much even of she has been more openly against Bibi. Trump did his best to threaten and gaslight them but no no avail, especially with the women.

by Anonymousreply 40November 7, 2024 7:10 PM

The Pro-Palestinian vote for Trump (or not voting at all) was meant to "send a message to the Democrats." When Trump basically lets Netanyahu do whatever the latter wants and supplies more weapons, we'll have to see what these voters have to say.

In addition, many Arab voters are very conservative on social issues, so that's another reason they would vote for Trump.

by Anonymousreply 41November 7, 2024 7:48 PM

Part of me wonders if Netanyahu will be more amenable to negotiating once Trump takes office so that DJT can look like a hero who ended the war. The two of them have been in contact for a while now.

It would be Netanyahu's final "fuck you" to Biden.

Ugh.

by Anonymousreply 42November 7, 2024 7:52 PM

Do these idiots actually believe Trump cares about a bunch of foreign muslims?

by Anonymousreply 43November 7, 2024 7:53 PM

[quote] Part of me wonders if Netanyahu will be more amenable to negotiating once Trump takes office so that DJT can look like a hero who ended the war. The two of them have been in contact for a while now.

No because big mouth Trump already blurt out the nature of their phone calls which was Trump basically telling him that he's not hitting them had enough! Bibi doesn't give a damn about Trump's legacy. He is playing Trump to get what he wants and stay out of jail himself.

by Anonymousreply 44November 7, 2024 7:55 PM

All these people who flipped to Trump just because of a woman running I will no longer support you when Trump starts his rampage. this includes white woman, male Hispanics, pro Palestinians etc. It's not enough to say oh, the men are just that way. Sorry but it's your job to convince your father, brother, uncle, husband what their vote would do. So don't come crying to me or progressives when Immigration comes knocking at your door and takes away your grandmother, when then is another Muslim ban, or when you think it's unfair that men have all the power over women. I am going to sit back and watch it happen and say, you voted for it.

by Anonymousreply 45November 7, 2024 10:45 PM

When you say save do you mean allowing Netanyahu to continue his killing crusade and kicking Palestineans out of Gaza....soon. Very soon!!!

by Anonymousreply 46November 7, 2024 10:51 PM

He never even hinted that he would save the Palestinians. Arabs are just not voting for Harris because it makes them feel powerful. Just like Oct. 7 made them feel powerful.

by Anonymousreply 47November 7, 2024 10:54 PM

Trump's bulldozing of Gaza will most certainly bring violence to America - not protests - but suicide bombings. The terror will come here when he openly supports Bibi's "cleansing." But hey, they voted for it. The daily counts of dead women and children - which Bibi feels is acceptable - is the definition of war crime but ... criminality is the new and accepted norm in America. Hell is about to bust wide open.

by Anonymousreply 48November 8, 2024 12:13 AM

R48 Yes, our major cities (which did not vote for this) will be targeted by suicide bombers. Our major cities will be the only places that will retain tourists from Europe and Australia. Once that happens they will gone and who could blame them. A protest that leads to Trump sending out the military would also finish tourism.

by Anonymousreply 49November 8, 2024 12:20 AM

How many are left? Why can't they go to one of the 57 Muslim countries?

by Anonymousreply 50November 8, 2024 12:27 AM

That's complicated. The other Muslim countries won't have them after what happened when Egypt took them in the past. But allowing more children to burn alive while strapped to hospital beds is only going to radicalize the population and other Muslims in the ME looking for an opportunity to carry out terror. It's also prefect fodder for radicalizing young Muslim men living in the West. London will likely see stabbings when Trump and Bibi go all out. France too.

by Anonymousreply 51November 8, 2024 12:36 AM

Understand but fight fire with fire. This desire to go west then trash our values pisses me off. It shows an appalling superiority complex on their behalf.

by Anonymousreply 52November 8, 2024 12:53 AM

Gaza was part of Egypt until 1967. The rest of the Arab world does not want the Palestinians because of their radical politics and because of ethnic prejudices. They attempted to overthrow the government when Jordan took them in. But most of all, keeping the Palestinians as the world’s only permanent “refugees” is useful in their efforts to discredit and destroy Israel.

by Anonymousreply 53November 8, 2024 12:53 AM

Agreed and it's frustrating because the guys who get radicalized are often second or third generation. Their parents are assimilated and moderate.

by Anonymousreply 54November 8, 2024 12:58 AM

R39 Clue: Starting a war and losing doesn’t mean you are a victim of genocide. During WWII, 3,810,000 German civilians died. With your logic, the Nazis were victims of genocide.

Hamas could have ended this at any time they chose. Release the hostages but they chose to shoot them in the head. A one year old and five year old are still held hostage for over a year. Palestinians are hiding hostages in their homes. When the IDF came to rescue them, people came out of their homes with AK 47’s and RPG’s.

You need to listen to Clinton and then you can stop your crocodile tears.

These people have the same mindset as the savages in Amsterdam.

by Anonymousreply 55November 10, 2024 4:39 AM

So when the backlash starts and the US is a target for terrorist, I hope our Palestinian Americans who blamed Biden/Harris realize they voted for the new Muslim ban. And "temporary" interment camps. Like we did the the Japanese. Dont think Trump and his ilk wont do it? We will see about that.

by Anonymousreply 56November 10, 2024 9:21 AM

They do realize it. They have always known who Trump is.

by Anonymousreply 57November 10, 2024 11:24 AM

by Anonymousreply 61November 11, 2024 4:02 AM

No, his ass is owned by the Israelis just like everyone in congress.

They get to Nazi genocide their way to a pure ethno-state because they've bribed and blackmailed the government of a superpower

by Anonymousreply 62November 11, 2024 4:02 AM

[Quote] Hamas could have ended this at any time they chose.

Netanyahu has no intention of stopping this war. In fact he has stated many times that, even if all the hostages were returned, the war would not end

by Anonymousreply 63November 11, 2024 4:03 AM

[Quote] During WWII, 3,810,000 German civilians died. With your logic, the Nazis were victims of genocide.

So why is the killing of Jews during WW2 considered genocide?

by Anonymousreply 64November 11, 2024 4:04 AM

[Quote] But most of all, keeping the Palestinians as the world’s only permanent “refugees” is useful in their efforts to discredit and destroy Israel.

R64 Are you kidding? I can’t actually believe you are that dense.

by Anonymousreply 68November 11, 2024 6:40 AM

Bill Clinton

The only time Yasser Arafat didn’t tell me the truth was when he promised he was going to accept the peace deal that we had worked out,” Clinton said, referring to the late Palestinian leader.

He told rallygoers that the deal “would have given the Palestinians a state on 96 percent of the West Bank and 4% of Israel, and they got to choose where the 4% of Israel was.” Additionally, he noted, the Palestinians would have a capital in East Jerusalem and “they said no.”

The most pro-two-state solution of any of the Israeli communities were the ones right next to Gaza, and Hamas butchered them.

What would you do if it was your family? And you hadn’t done anything but support the homeland for the Palestinians and, one night, they come for you and slaughter the people in your village.

I think part of it is that Hamas did not care about a homeland for the Palestinians, they wanted to kill Israelis and make Israel uninhabitable.

Hamas makes sure that they’re shielded. They'll force you to kill civilians if you want to defend yourself.

Well, I got news for them. They [Israel] were there first before their faith existed,” he insisted.

He said that Jews had been in the land in the time of King David, and the southernmost tribes had Judea and Samaria.

Look, I worked on this, Clinton said.

I fear that Shitler will give Bibi the okay to raze Gaza, which will enflame Iran via Hezbollah et. al.

Feeling support to "do whatever the hell he wants", Bibi also invades the West Bank and seizes more territory. The rest of the Islamic world sits up and takes notice.

Iran will attack Israel with rockets and Israel will respond. Others will join in, escalating the threat to Israel exponentially.

Under threat of annihilate or be annihilated, one side goes nuclear, then the other and then it doesn't make any difference because we're all dead.

by Anonymousreply 88November 15, 2024 12:25 AM

R88 Sadly that was true even before the state of Israel came to be. Much of the Arab world saw Palestinians like Europeans saw the gypsies. They only started to empathize with Palestinians after the Jews had a state. Although not happy with the situation most Palestinians would have settled for two state solution, but the radical anti-Jewish sabotaged pretty quick. And it has been a major shit-show ever since.

But we can’t be angry about any of this. It would make us seem like antisemites, like fanatical haters.

That is the problem. All that aid money stolen by Hamas and Hezbollah was used to build tunnels, often several stories down. Now, we find southern Lebanon honeycombed with tunnels.

BTW, the IDF tried early on—there was no way to enter the tunnels without an unacceptable casualty rate. So, what can Netanyahu do? Keep bombing, keep killing civilians, annex northern Gaza. The enemy is fanatical; I can't imagine how the Israelis can get them out.
