Good stuff. They'll win.

That must have gone well. Trump sitting there down in Mar-a-Lago freaking out about Pennsylvania, only to get interrupted because he's being served a summons as a criminal defendant AGAIN. This time by the 5 black men who, when they were boys being falsely accused of a crime, Trump took out full page NYT ink to declare that they should be killed.
Happy Election Day you collapsing old racist bag of shit!

Goddam that's wonderful timing. I absolutely love it.

Perfect timing

It like they hired Aaron Sorkin to write the night's script.

I’m pretty sure it’s a civil suit not a criminal one.
But still, I agree he’s freaking out and the thought of it is delicious

Schadenfreude is so delicious! The most beautiful word in the German language!
Maybe he'll stroke out?

Warms the cockles of my heart!

I saw the victim in the Central Park case on TV and she said she wishes all the evidence had come out in the appeal. She seemed to think the men were still guilty.

Still better than he deserves.
Hope they win.

He just filled another smelly diaper.

Well, either she or you are being disingenuous, because there was both a confession and DNA proving otherwise

Poor little MAGA foot soldier @R10. How is tonight going for you in your trailer park?

Article from 2019. She says that she doesn't believe that the guy whose DNA was matched and confessed was the sole attacker like he has claimed.

Don't blame me. I'm just reporting what she said on TV.

When these types finally collapse, it is a hard fall.
See Gaddafi

Yeah. Gadaffy Duck was a big talker until we dropped a bomb down his chimney. He was quiet for years after that.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | November 5, 2024 11:18 PM |
Hopefully it was at least a distraction from his shenanigans. Because you know there will be some.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | November 5, 2024 11:20 PM |
I'm just shocked he didn't have his security people beat the process server up.

We don’t use “Bearking” sweetie.
But yeh trump should rot in fucking hell.

I love the idea of his getting flustered by this, but he is probably getting sued constantly, because he’s him but also to some extent because he’s a high net worth person.

[quote]Trump Served!
No he didn't.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | November 6, 2024 1:46 AM |
Can he be sued now he is President elect or is he now immune from legal actions like these?
by Anonymous | reply 24 | November 6, 2024 1:18 PM |
R24 I think is different because the defamation of the Central Park 5 started when he wasn't in political office. A lot if it will be tied to that full page ad he took out one of the newspapers in '89 where he basically called for them to be executed.
Trump will find pals in the legal system to try and make this go away.
