Only after he has served a few years in jail and is about to die. He first has to go through all the trials to prove his "innocence." And she can't pardon him for crimes tried in New York and Georgia (if that ever happens). It's important that he go through the legal process and I can't imagine she would pardon him until much later, and unless he admitted all guilt and agreed to never run for office again.
