Looking for Joe Webb from Ohio

I was friendly with this handsome fucker from Colombus Ohio back in 1993. We worked on Green peace NY for a bit. He had a hankering to go to San Francisco. Never saw him again. Always wondered how he was. Anyone know him? Long shot, but you never know.
